High Voltage---35KV-220KV Underground XLPE Insulated Power Cable

Like other power cables, High voltage XLPE cables typically consist of one or three conductors, insulation, and a sheath structure.

High Voltage Underground Wire Cables differ from low voltage cables in that they also have an inner layer within the insulation sheath to control the electric field around the conductors.

For circuits running at relatively high voltages between conductors, the conductor sheaths can surround each insulated conductor.

In this way, the electrical stresses on the cable insulation can be balanced and unnecessary losses in the cable can be reduced.

High Voltage---35KV-220KV Bare Conductor Overhead Power Line-ACSR

ACSR is mainly used for high voltage or extra high voltage overhead transmission.

Because the main advantage of these conductors is their high tensile strength, they can be used for longer spans with fewer supports, saving installation and maintenance costs.

Because of the larger diameter of ACSR conductors, higher transmission and distribution power can be obtained, thus providing a great advantage in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage overhead lines.

Conductor: one or more layers of aluminum wire hard-drawn 1350-H16

On galvanized steel wire cores, the number of conductor cores can be single-wire or stranded, depending on the size of the specific application requirements. 

ACSR can be designed by combining the quantity of aluminum and galvanized steel wire according to the electrical and mechanical strength requirements of transmission and distribution cables.


ACSR conductors consist of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by aluminum-stranded wires. 

ACSR conductors can be made from a variety of steels with carbon content ranging from 0.5% to 0.85%. 

Higher-strength ACSR conductors are better for crossing rivers, overhead ground lines, or installations over very long spans. 

On galvanized steel wire cores, the number of cores can be single-wire or stranded, depending on the size of the specific application requirements. 

ACSR can be designed by combining the quantity of aluminum and galvanized steel wire according to the electrical and mechanical strength requirements of transmission and distribution cables.

High-voltage power cables are suitable for the primary distribution of electricity up to a maximum network voltage of 110 kV, and also where mechanical protection is provided by other means.

The cables are triple extruded on modern catenary equipment in accordance with the latest IEC standards.

The water barrier ensures that in the event of cable damage, the length of repair and associated work is kept to a minimum.
