ZMS Electric Cable XLPE Low-Voltage Power Cables are mainly used for power transmission and distribution in 0.6 / 1kv or lower output power systems.

ZMS power cables XLPE low voltage power cables are mainly used for power transmission and distribution in 0.6 / 1kv or lower output power systems.

Its applications include building electricity, factories, mines, petrochemicals, and electronic communications.

No matter what kind of application requirements you have for the product.

Our products are able to withstand different degrees of mechanical external force or tension according to different laying environments and set different parameter standards to meet these different application requirements to ensure that they can perform the job of the product with excellence.

Low Voltage Cable Structure

It is generally composed of three parts: core, insulation, and protection layer.

The core used to conduct current is generally made of multiple strands of copper or aluminum strands stranded together. Power Cable Low Voltage has single-core, double-core, three-core, four-core, and other types.

Two-core cables are used for single-phase lines, three-core and four-core cables are used for three-phase three-wire lines and three-phase four-wire lines respectively, while single-core cables can be used for single-phase lines or three-phase lines as required.

Commonly used XLPE Low-Voltage Power Cables core cross-sectional area of 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, 240 mm, etc.

Insulation Layer

The insulation layer is usually made of oil-impregnated paper, plastic, rubber, etc.

1 Paper-insulated cables are cables made of impregnated cable paper as the insulation layer, generally known as paper-insulated cables.

The case of paper impregnation can be divided into ① oil-impregnated paper-insulated cable; ② dry insulation cable; ③ non-drip cable.

2 Insulation layer made of thermoplastic extrusion cross-linked cable, generally known as plastic cable, widely used.
Plastic cable can be divided into three kinds of PVC cable, polyethylene cable, and cross-linked polyethylene cable.
Natural butyl rubber, butyl rubber and ethylene propylene rubber, and other materials for the insulation layer of the cable is called rubber cable.
The voltage level of 1 kV for low-voltage cables can be used paper insulated cables and plastic cables, more plastic cables; a voltage level of 0.5 kV for low-voltage cables more rubber cables.

Protective Layer

It is a layer or layers of metal or non-metallic material covering the outside of the cable.

The protective layer is used to protect the insulation layer in the process of transportation, laying, and use, from external damage and moisture intrusion.

1 Paper insulated cable protection layer. The paper-insulated cable protection layer is divided into two parts: the inner and outer sheathing.

2 Plastic cable protection layer. Usually in the plastic insulation outside the use of PVC sheath.
3 The protective layer of rubber cable. Rubber cable inner sheath of PVC sheath, neoprene sheath (non-combustible rubber), and lead package three, the outer sheath is divided into steel belt armor, rubber sheath, and plastic sheath three.

Low Voltage Cable Advantages

Good Durability

One of the unique advantages of low-voltage cross-linked cable, since it entered the market, is its good durability.

The use of the process will not appear in the use of short time, high temperature and easy corrosion, and other undesirable problems.

With High Efficiency

Cross-linked cables use a new low-voltage and high-efficiency circuit transportation mode, which improves the speed of circuit transportation during line transportation and makes the process of circuit transportation safer and more efficient.

Easy to Operate

Another major advantage of low-voltage cross-linked cables is that cross-linked cables are extremely easy to operate in the process of use, low-voltage cross-linked cables continue to make technical breakthroughs and innovations.

There is no doubt that the cable's internal structure is finely designed and easy to operate the many advantages that make the majority of consumers choose it.
