Rubber wire, also known as rubber sheathed wire, is a double insulated wire with a rubber outer jacket and insulation and a pure copper conductor.

The combination of ruggedness and flexibility makes flexible rubber cables ideal for the provision of power to portable electrical equipment and devices.

Rubber welding cables are used to connect welding robots in the automotive industry and shipyards, but also for manual or automatic operation of lines and spot welding.

The robust cable construction makes them resistant to low and high temperatures, ozone and radiation, oil, acids, etc.

This cable is particularly flexible and has good bending properties. The sheath material is made of natural rubber or neoprene mixture, which can be applied to different occasions.

Conductor: Generally to Class 6 flexible copper conductor according to BS EN 60228 (previously BS 6360) 

Separator: PET (Polyester Tape)

H05VV-F Unshielded Flexible Control Cable 

The full name is copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible wire, also known as light PVC sheathed flexible wire, commonly known as soft sheathed wire, which is a kind of sheathed wire.

Industrial applications for our ZMS unshielded flexible control cable include communication, computer, instrumentation, audio, control, and data transmission. 

And it is suitable for monitoring electrical equipment, station control circuits, and outdoor, dry, or wet cable rack installations.

H07V-K cable is used for permanent indoor installation in dry locations in electrical equipment, distribution panels, and distributors.

It should be surface mounted or flush mounted in conduit and is also used for protective fixed installations in or on lighting fixtures.

It is also used for installation in machines with AC voltages up to 1,000 V or DC voltages up to 750 V to ground, but not for under-wall installation.
